There are many ways to say the three magical words, "I Love You", to someone very special. However, nothing quite expresses those beautiful first emotions like love-letters. Most people believe that writing such messages or notes is nothing but an over-sentimental behavior and therefore unrewarding when it comes to winning someone's heart. But, this is not true. If you give it a second thought, you would realize that a properly written love note can make even the hardest of hearts melt like butter!

Lake Erie Islands Destinations - Put-In-Bay
If you ever have the chance, you must visit an island oasis which features old-fashioned ice cream shops, bicycles built for two, rolling hills with cascading grape vines, historical landmarks and some of the best lobster bisque on the planet. So where is this jewel of the landscape? Why Lake Erie, of course. Lake Erie features 20 plus separate islands but only one that can boast the name Put-in-Bay. South Bass Island, its formal name, has been a summer resort since 1864 when vacationers began frequenting the island for yachting and other social activities. The moniker is credited to sailors exploring the islands in July 1784. These sailors made charts of the islands and called one of them Pudding Bay after the old-fashioned pudding bags. It has also been called Puden Bay in similar log books from other explorers of that era.

Characteristics Of The Zodiac Venus In Capricorn
In an astrological chart, the planet Venus is associated with how a person expresses their self in their relationships- especially in love, attraction and marriage. It describes how beauty is appreciated and interpreted by the person and also how they relate to others. The sign of the Venus is often the same as the Sun since they can never be more than forty five degrees from each other. In the cases when the signs are identical, the behavior the person has towards people in general translates into their romantic life. If the signs are different, there is a disparity between how they treat people in general and how they treat people they are romantically involved with.

The Universal Laws Of Nature - Turns Chaos To Order - Anytime
There are five unique but interconnected laws that describe and define the creation, maintenance and transformation of all of life. To know, really know, these laws requires that you step beyond the conventions of your culture and reach out to a bigger perspective. There is no chaos, there is only a circumstance we cannot understand. These universal laws take you a long way to the understanding you may be looking for.
The Universal Laws Of Nature - Turns Chaos To Order - Anytime
The fifth law. The law of the one and the many.
PLANET EXPRESS
The Universal Laws Of Nature - Turns Chaos To Order - Anytime
There is one universe and many religions that describe it. There is one spirit within you and many ego personas that express it. There is one leader in any organization and many people who are employed to manifest it. There is one love in the human heart and many emotions that come to express it. There is one humanity on earth and many diverse cultures that fragment their uniqueness to celebrate it.
The Universal Laws Of Nature - Turns Chaos To Order - Anytime
There is one sun in our sky, and many planets that are obedient to it. There is one government in our country and many laws to govern with. There is one ocean on our planet and many rivers to feed it. There is one earth and many mountains to divide it. There is one creation and many people to evolve it. We live beneath an umbrella. We can rise to the top of one heap, but only find we are now at the bottom of the next. We are always humble to the law of the one and the many.
You have many personas. Many ego identities. Some you hide, some you display. Characters you play. If you add the characters you hide, to the characters you display, to the characters you live in virtual reality to the characters you express in reality, you will find you are the one. We are the sum of the parts, and the sum of the parts is one. We are not different to anyone. We are all the same. Expressed uniquely in the way we demonstrate our fragments, but completely identical if we add those parts to become one.
The ego thinks it is the one, but it is a mere fragment. An emotion. The ego thinks it is separate to others and therefore unique. The ego thinks it can change but it cannot. The ego is a fragment, the spirit is the whole. Spirituality is to know that you are whole, one total being with many fragmented parts. Each of them incomplete, each of them worthy of love.
The forth law. The law of appreciation
What you appreciate gets bigger, what you don't appreciate gets smaller. Appreciation builds, evolves and creates harmony. Lack of appreciation motivates self consciousness, self depreciation and self destruction. There is nothing to change, only something to appreciate. You cannot change, you can only appreciate yourself as you are. Appreciation is an attractive force, depreciation is a repulsive force.
From the vantage of the one, we see ourselves as many parts. Pain and self consciousness causes us to lose the perspective of the one, and fall into the many parts. Then, we cannot appreciate who we are, we try to change it. Anything we try to change has power over us, anything we appreciate we have power over. If you appreciate your lovers faults, they are not faults but beautiful assets. If you criticize and try to change someone, you are below them, they have power over you.
You have no fault. You are not broken. Neither is the world or your lover. There are something's you might not appreciate. The problem is not with the thing, the problem is with your inability to appreciate that thing. Once you appreciate things, then they have no power over you. You are free. This is talent of a great lover. And the talent of the greatest Gods. They appreciate you.
The third law. The law of Abundance
There is nothing missing. It just changes in form. You have every character trait, some you express at work, some at home, some in virtual reality, and some in reality. You are everything you see and everything you dream. There is nothing missing in you or your beloved. Your judgements are false, they are your ego.
To separate yourself from others means you can criticize and blame them. But there is no them, there is no you. You are everyone you see, nobody outside of you is doing more to you than you do to yourself. You are not unique. You are, like everyone else. You have every trait, every characteristic. Delusion tells you that you can change or be different. Maybe you think you can be better than others, but in this one thought alone you prove that false. You are everything, and connected to everything.
There are five elements, Ether, air, fire, water and earth. All the universe is made of these five elements. So are you. There are varying degrees of each and this causes individual differences. But they are one soup. They are just energy in different states, different forms, you have them all, in varying degrees. You are, like the universe, complete. Matter evolving from earth to ether. Nothing is ever missing, it just changes in form. We are all shy. Some at work, some at home, some in regard to money and some in regard to change. We are all shy, nothing is missing.
The second law. The law of growth.
Chaos causes change. Chaos stimulates challenge and confronts the status quo. Chaos breaks deadlocks and promotes change. Order on the other hand rests us, gives us time to absorb and digest, to take it all in, to master our space, to become good at what we do.
Too much order and we stagnate. Too much chaos and we burn out. Growth occurs at the border between the two. The purpose of love is growth. Love is both chaos and order. Growth means to convert chaos to order. Chaos is what we don't appreciate. Growth therefore means to convert those things we don't like into those things we do like. That is how we get more love. We take what we don't appreciate (called chaos) and turn them into things we do appreciate (called order)
In a relationship there is a perfect balance of support and challenge. Challenge is chaos (things we don't appreciate) and support is order (things we do appreciate). When we first meet our lover, there are more things that we appreciate than we don't appreciate. This is called infatuation. After some time there can be more things that we don't appreciate (challenges) than we appreciate (support). Then we resent our partner and want to leave. But the truth is that there is always a perfect balance of support and challenge in life. We were just blinded in the beginning.
The first law. The law of balance
There are two sides to every coin. This is how we convert issues we don't appreciate to issues we do. How we turn chaos to order. We see the other side of the coin. There is always a silver lining in every cloud. So, there are always two ways to see things. One way is to see the dark, the other way is to see the light. The wise person sees both but then focuses their mind on the light. The emotionally disturbed person tries to eliminate the dark, thinking it will go away.
For every thing we move from dark to light, a new balance is created. So the more light we see, the more happiness we have, the more fun, the more peace, then, the more dark, the more sadness, the more un-fun, the more drama we have. Duality is the cause of emotion, and there cannot be an upper without a downer.
To break the mould means to see two sides. For example in our western culture you might say laziness is bad. But in the Spiritual Culture, laziness might be exactly the same as mindfulness. Or contentment. In the west we see inspired and enthusiastic as good, in the Eastern language we might call those same behaviours running away, unable to be in the moment, lacking stillness. There are two sides to everything. Relabel those things you don't appreciate. Find the blessing in them. They can't be eradicated, only appreciated.

People who are born with their Venus in Capricorn will have a serious, cautions and prideful take on relationships. Timid and reserved in emotional expressions, their feelings are very strong internally though it can be hard to see from the outside. They have such a tight control of these emotions that they are extremely unlikely to publicly show any strong feelings in a grand display. Not only does that open them up to being hurt, it draws undue attention to them. This stems from a fear of loneliness and rejection that leaves them insecure with romantic endeavors. They repress all of that vulnerability so that they won't get hurt. If they were to get emotionally wounded, they wouldn't know how to express that outwardly, either. It is something of a vicious cycle.
PLANET EXPRESS
Characteristics Of The Zodiac Venus In Capricorn
There is a desire for this person to have status and prestige in their career. Because they are so focused on their work, office romances are common. Coworkers are often the only people they ever see. But they will be careful that such a relationship doesn't have an air of impropriety around it. Appearances are very important. Sometimes those with their Venus in Capricorn only embark on a romantic relationship because they know that partnerships are what people are supposed to do. They are people that believe in following traditions, after all. If the ideal partner hasn't been found, a less than ideal one will do. It is more about basic compatibility than a deep emotional connection for these people. Emotions will be present regardless, but under the surface where they can't really disturb anyone.
Characteristics Of The Zodiac Venus In Capricorn
The partner they do choose will need to be an asset in that quest for status and prestige. The person with their Venus in Capricorn will be loyal, steadfast and dependable. Open displays of emotion and romanticism are not their cup of tea. They will express their affections and feelings through practical means. If a partner wants someone that will always be on time, help pay the bills and keep a clean house- this is the ideal candidate. If a partner wants a love sonnet composed in their honor or a midnight serenade, they should probably look somewhere else. In the long run (and these people are likely to make lifelong commitments) practicality has more use than blindly romantic gestures.

The Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial, which can be seen from neighboring islands, is a tribute to Admiral Oliver Hazard Perry. This 352-foot granite monument commemorates the naval victory over the British Fleet in the Battle of Lake Erie in the War of 1812. The famous saying "We have met the enemy and they are ours" came from a note Perry scribbled on the back of an old letter to then-general William Henry Harrison. The memorial resides on a narrow strip between downtown and an island residential area where some of the homes date back to the mid-1800s.

Lake Erie Islands Destinations - Put-In-Bay
Rent a bike or golf cart and tour the quaint downtown area where you can enjoy old-fashioned, hand-dipped ice cream, homemade fudge and unique, eclectic jewelry and artwork. For the adult set, Put-in-Bay features the Roundhouse Bar where you can catch a beer and a show most summer afternoons, all without corners. The Roundhouse dates back to 1873 and is one of the oldest buildings on the island. The Beer Barrel Saloon boasts the longest permanent bar in the world and now occupies the site of the historic Colonial which perished in flames on Memorial weekend 1988. Measuring 405 feet and 10 inches, you'll need a catcher's mitt and some time to snag the beer that slides down this bar.
Lake Erie Islands Destinations - Put-In-Bay
If you're more of a grape enthusiast, a visit to the Heineman Winery is a must. The family-owned establishment dates back to 1888 when Gustav Heineman came to Ohio from Baden-Baden, Germany. The winery lasted through economic booms and busts, the depression and prohibition and is still run by third and fourth generation Heinemans Louis and Edward. Tastings are conducted regularly and are an education in the fine art of Ohio wine making.
For the outdoorsman, Put-in-Bay offers a first class marina opposite one of the oldest yacht clubs in the country, campgrounds in the Oak Point State Park and miles of hiking and biking trails. Venture towards Put-in-Bay harbor and catch a glimpse of Stone Laboratory on Gibraltar Island. Founded in 1895, the island campus of The Ohio State University is the oldest freshwater biological field station in the country. Here Buckeye students gain practical experience in field research with courses such as insect biology, lake sediments and aquatic biology.
When you feel the need for a good nosh, visit any one of the over 25 different restaurants for fresh Lake Erie Walleye or Perch, BBQed chicken in homemade wine-based sauce and creamy, chunk-filled lobster bisque. For family entertainment, visit Perry's Cave or Crystal Cave located across from each other on Catawba Avenue. Perry's Cave celebrates its 140th anniversary this year and is where Commodore Perry found drinking water for his men. Take a jacket; the temperature remains a constant, cool 50 degrees. Crystal Cave runs underneath Heineman's Winery and boasts the world's largest geode where you'll be surrounded by glistening celestite crystals.
At nightfall, stay in one of the historical B&Bs, or one of the newer resort hotels complete with swim-up bars or conference centers. Fly your plane during daylight hours in or out of Put-in-Bay Airport and experience panoramic views of the 3,987-mile stretch between the US and Canada, all from the comfort of your seat.
If your plans call you back to the Erie shore, hop the Miller's Ferry or the Jet Express back to one of several ports. Miller's Ferry runs a variety of schedules from March through November and has been crossing the lake since 1905 when William Miller and Harry Jones began their local ice business. The Miller boat livery has remained a trusted family business since that time changing only from the Miller family to the Market family in 1978 when these family friends bought the line from Mary Miller, daughter-in-law of co-founder William Miller. It's a slower trip but built from tradition and one that should be experienced.
If a quicker trip is in your plans, the Jet Express service is your option. The high-speed ferry travels up to 40 miles per hour and covers the 12.5 mile trip from Port Clinton in 25 minutes. Other ports of departure include Sandusky, Lorain and the Inter-island routes that include Kelley's Island.
Either way, Put-in-Bay Island is a jewel in Lake Erie which shines as bright as any island oasis you may find anywhere at anytime. Don't leave it out of your summer plans.

PLANET EXPRESS
Fear of Intimacy and Other Long-Term Effects of Abuse
First, it is important for you to know that you are normal. Abuse is what is not normal. You have been intimately wounded. Everyone responds differently, but there seem to be certain feelings and experiences that are common among survivors:
Fear of Intimacy and Other Long-Term Effects of Abuse
Isolation or loneliness. That terrible sensation that no one understands you... no one gets it. You may feel like an alien visitor from another planet, as if you've been dropped to earth with no preparation to live here. Many of us survivors of abuse feel very alone, even in a crowded room or around people we live with and love. That sense of isolation exists because abuse taught us to be silent, to carry our secrets and experiences privately. The isolation is energized by the shame, fear, and guilt attached to the abuse. Because of the twisted nature of sexual abuse and the dysfunctional relationships that many of us grew up with, we have no sense of what so-called normal is. You may socialize well and know what to do; but there is often a huge lonely ache inside that no one else can see. Intimacy is terrifying for an abuse survivor. It is one of the many broken places that remains long after the abuse ends.
Sexual confusion or dysfunction. Sexual abuse is not only abuse, it is also sexual. Your abusers became your sexual mentors. They taught you to perform, to lie, to devalue or degrade yourself, and to connect abnormal sexual experiences with normal longings for intimacy and touch. Many of us have a strong sense that our bodies betrayed us because we experienced pleasure or gained something because of the abuse. As a result, we, as sexual beings, approach our sexuality and sexual experiences with confusion. It feels as if everything in life is about sex. This is true on both ends of the sexual spectrum. If you are a sex addict and constantly crave risk-taking, degrading sexual experiences, it's all about sex. On the other end, if you are repulsed by sex, avoid sexual experiences and despise your own sexuality, it is still all about sex.
Sexual abuse survivors struggle to accept touch without associating it with sex. Sex is frequently used as a way to either avoid intimacy or express rage or power (either by withholding or giving). Sexual abuse survivors frequently have problems experiencing orgasm, even when they willingly participate in sex. Often, we do not know what to do with the sexual ache that drives us into sexual relationships or experiences. Once sex begins, it becomes very confusing as our mind, spirit and body cease to work together. Then pleasure, gratification, or fulfillment seem lost in the chaos. You and your partner frequently end up using, wounding, or abandoning each other because the lessons of abuse are so deeply rooted in you.
Anger management problems. Rage is a frequent problem for abuse survivors. It is generally expressed in one of three ways. Some people lash out at other people, using their anger to control circumstances. Others keep it inside and beat themselves up, instead. And some people do both - lash out at others and rage at themselves. This anger stems from deep hurt, extreme frustration, or fear. To control the anger (either internally or externally) can be exhausting. Frequently, survivors feel so overwhelmed that they give up even trying to manage it.
Body image and treatment. Most of us have concluded that our bodies are the enemy - something to be treated harshly or without respect. We don't necessarily do this at a conscious level, but we express it with our lifestyles. We either eat too much, too quickly, or we starve ourselves. Some of us abuse drugs or alcohol. Perhaps you hurt yourself with self-inflicted wounds or work so much that you are beyond exhaustion. Many of us feel completely disconnected from our bodies and never pay attention to our body language. We don't know if we're hungry or tired; in pain or pleasure; we are well-practiced at ignoring or silencing our physical needs. You may push and push and push yourself, or numb yourself with food, drugs or sex. As you journey toward freedom, you must understand that your body did not betray you; your abuser(s) betrayed you.
Ineffective expression of needs or longings. Abuse teaches you that your needs, longings and opinions do not matter (at least not to your abusers). Abuse changes the way you express yourself. Many of us struggle to express our true needs or longings. We cloak our desires because of the pain experienced when those longings were mishandled by others. At the same time, those needs and longings still exist and beg to be heard. Perhaps your need to be held as a child was frequently met at the expense of abuse, so you learned to hate what you needed. But the dilemma remains: You still have needs and longings. Because of this inner conflict, desires are often expressed in ineffective or destructive ways. We alienate people through unreasonable demands, silence, or abusive manipulation. Learning to balance the pressure of unmet needs with effective expression and respect are challenges that survivors must confront.
Escape mentality. When you were abused, you had to find a way to cope. Many of us learned to escape, mentally, by checking out of reality and entering a self-created fantasy world in order to avoid truth. This coping mechanism established patterns of living that are no longer serving you well. Rather than embracing life and doing the hard work of taking ownership of who you are, you use trusted escape routes that have alienated you from relationships, career, school, or God. You may wrap a cocoon of sleep, TV, work, drugs, books, video games, etc., around you to avoid life and people. This may feel safe to you, but you may place yourself in situations that are harmful or self-defeating because you are so unaware of what's going on. It is a challenge to remain focused on reality in order to make good decisions or take healthy actions.
Damaged spirit. Abuse rips apart the spiritual life of a survivor. The very thing that God placed in us to connect, spiritually, is detached or re-wired to create a sense of meaningless existence or hopelessness. Even if you have pursued a relationship with God, there may be an underlying struggle to feel spiritually alive. Repairing the spiritual damage caused by abuse is an integral part of the journey toward wholeness. It is full of difficult questions and an intimate sense of betrayal. At the same time, in the core of your heart, is a hunger for something better, for something bigger than the cruelty, perversion and evil you experienced through abuse. It is this hunger that propels many of us to re-establish the broken connection with God. In the face of all that is wrong, there is a tiny flicker of God's love that begs to be fanned into a flame of spiritual vitality. Ultimately, evil can motivate us to pursue something better - to pursue faith, hope and love.
Questions. Abuse burns tough questions into the souls of its victims. Why is there evil? Why do bad things happen to innocent children? Where was God, and why wasn't I protected? Where were my protectors - mother, father, family and friends? Do I really want out of my angst, or do I want to remain a victim where I know the rules of engagement? Why can't I remember big parts of my childhood? How do I move beyond what was done to me? When will the pain and chaos end?
These are only a few of the questions you will probably ask at some point in your journey toward wholeness. They are questions that are worthy of thoughtful exploration. Some questions will receive a satisfactory answer. Others will never be adequately answered: It is both the glory and the frustration of breaking free from the past. The ultimate question you must ask yourself is this: Am I a cynic or a seeker? Do I really want to find solutions or do I want to cross my arms in stubborn determination to remain unchanged?
The process of moving beyond your abuse involves an exchange.
You will need to exchange the lies that abuse taught you about yourself, the world and God, for truth:
Truth about your worth; Truth that yes, there is evil, but there is also good in the world; Truth that spiritual wholeness is not a fantasy. It is the reality of relationship with God.
Remember: anything worth having or achieving is worth working for. God never promised our journey would be easy. He promised He would be with us every step of the way. Trust Him! And trust yourself, eventually.

In India, Jupiter is known as "Guru" which means teacher or "dispeller of darkness. Jupiter shows where we get the greatest expansion in our lives and where we can help others expand in theirs. Jupiter takes approximately one year to transit or travel through each sign and twelve years to orbit around the sun. This means that every twelve years, Jupiter returns to the same position it was at your birth. The Jupiter return marks the beginning of a brand new, 12-year cycle of growth and expansion. The year of the Jupiter return is an especially powerful year as it signifies a recommitment to whatever sign Jupiter is placed in the natal chart.

If you don't know what sign Jupiter is placed in your natal chart, you can go to the Jupiter Signs Table at http://cafeastrology.com/jupitersigntables.html and look it up. Once you know what sign Jupiter is in you can look below to see your interpretation. This means that Jupiter for me is a blend of 1st house and tenth house energies. Writing is undoubtedly an art that need to be learned. But, it is really not necessary to be a good writer to express your feelings to your partner. So, whether or not you are a good writer, you can express your feelings easily in writing. However, to ensure that your letter is impressive and not too mushy, here is an amazing love-letter recipe for you.
PLANET EXPRESS
Say I Love You With an Impressive Love Letter - Learn This Effective Art Now
Step.1: Do whatever you can to get yourself into a romantic mood. For instance, you may listen to a soft, romantic song that reminds you of him/her. Alternatively, you can try a warm aroma bath that can help you relax before writing and set your mood right. Also, try to create a romantic atmosphere in your room.
Say I Love You With an Impressive Love Letter - Learn This Effective Art Now
Step.2: Before you start writing, make sure you choose the best writing medium. Nothing is better than an e-mail or an SMS to say, "I love you, but I didn't have enough time to express it to you"! Therefore, instead of e-mailing or texting the love message, use suitable stationery to pen down your first ever romantic literary creation. However, make sure that the color of the paper and the ink that you use is not very flashy or gaudy. Black or brown ink on a light colored paper (light shades of pink, yellow, blue, or green) would be the best combination.
Also, avoid shabby handwriting. Write slowly, but beautifully. Trust me; every alphabet you write will reflect the love in your heart and the effort you made to express it.
Step.3: Now comes the most difficult part, the content of the letter. Do not try to flatter him/her in a hope to make a good impression. Sentences like "You are the most beautiful women I have seen on planet Earth" or "Since the day I met you, I have had sleepless nights...I always think about you...you have driven me crazy" should be avoided at all costs. Such sentences seem very artificial. To make sure your words touch his/her heart and soul, recollect a particular moment you spent with him/her or the time when you first realized you are in love and write what you had felt then.
Although poetry is the best way to express love, do not try it if you are not good at writing poems. Moreover, do not copy love quotes and poems from websites or books. Bear in mind that only the words that come directly from your heart can make him/her love you.
Step.4: Once you have written the letter, do not get excited and send it off in haste. Make sure you read the letter and edit it wherever you feel it is necessary. Do not hesitate to re-write it. After you are satisfied with what you have written, keep the letter aside and re-read it after 2-3 days or after 6-7 hours. If you feel you can still make some corrections, be sure to do them. Once completely satisfied, send it off to your 'special someone'.
Step.5: Wait for that person to come to you and say, "I love you too"! A letter written with a lot of love and patience is bound to bring you closer to the person you love the most.

There are many excellent resources to help you take the first steps toward freedom. You may feel anxious, as if you need to find something to help you right now. The best place to begin is at the beginning.

Responsible Use of Credit Cards
Unfortunately for some of us we are unable to control the use of our credit cards and we fall into the downward spiral of ever deepening debt. The fact that financial institutions freely issue credit cards to those whom they almost certainly realize do not have the capacity to control their spending or the means to repay the limits of their credit is irresponsible on their part.
Responsible Use of Credit Cards
Of course on the other hand there are millions of responsible users of credit. For many people a credit card is a means by which they can deal with their current situation, thereby allowing them to take control of their finances. By this means then, they can successfully manage to climb out of the slippery hole of debt and maintain control of their spending.
The responsible use of credit cards involves us being in control of our lives. For many 'retail therapy' is an escape from the reality of what is actually happening in their day to day circumstances. To be a responsible Credit Card user there are several things we must consider:
Never spend more than we can really afford! It seems fairly obvious to the thinking person, however the temptation is always lurking there to use our Credit Cards for things we think we can't do without. If we do need to use our Credit Card for large ticket items then do not use them again until we have completely eliminated the negative balance from that Card. Ideally each month pay the entire balance outstanding, and at the very least pay more than the minimum payment amount (and hopefully do not spend any more until our Credit Card is again debt free). If we are using our Credit Card for everything i.e groceries, utility bills, daily expenses etc as a means of tracking our expenditure then set up an automatic payment system with our bank so that the balance is paid out each month within the interest free timeframe. When we are going browsing - don't take our card so that we aren't tempted to spend on unnecessary items. Our wallets can actually get along without our Credit Card (can we?). If all else fails - freeze your Credit! Yes literally fill a large container with water, place your Credit Card in a sealable plastic bag and suspend it in the water, now place the container in the bottom of your freezer and leave in place until completely frozen. At the very least this will make you have some "thinking time" before you are able to use your card.
Credit Cards are a good thing when used wisely. If we find ourselves in debt over our heads seek professional help. It is not a sign of weakness to ask for assistance in managing our finances, in fact it is quite the opposite. Many people have discovered release from crippling debt by taking the step and finding someone who will help them.

While ascending to heaven, she dropped her scales. An interesting way to enrich the basic scale tattoo is to add the image of Astraea herself, blindfolded to show her sense of fairness.

Most of the employees may be technically good but very bad at expressing themselves. Shyness, stage fear, and hesitation to express one's mind are the reasons for most of the people to step back from stage speeches. Most of the introverts face this kind of worst fear in their life and never could able to overcome the fear they have been holding for ages. On the contrary, extroverts won't leave the stage when given a chance and they try to make an impression on their target audience, taking advantage of their nature.
PLANET EXPRESS
Introductory Speech
Introductory speeches should not run more than 5 minutes. Within those few minutes, you should tell whatever you want about yourself. In other words, if spoken correctly, this much time is more than enough for any person on this planet to tell about himself. The only thing is that you need to take care of your thoughts, organize them, and decorate them with few nice smooth rhyming words before you let them hit audience ears. Always imagine that your words are your weapons and they have the potential to either make or break not only your career but also life.
Introductory Speech
Always structure your speech, chunk the critical parts into easily understandable sentences, and while giving speech, try to take gaps strategically so that the audience does not feel overwhelmed by your information. Do not bombard the audience with the list of companies along with the years you worked there kind of information. This kind of thing not only bores them but also make you lose their attention very quickly.
For people who are suffering with stage fear, here is the trick - while giving the speech, always try to see the last row audience and do not try to see anybody in particular until you complete your speech.
Please go through the sample Introductory Speech Template presented below. You can use this template without any hesitation of copyright violation and can also distribute to others who are in need of this.
